When the two vibration motors that were installed on the screen vertically or horizontally rotate relatively, two eccentric vibration motor block will have a nominal excitation, of which produced in the horizontal due to the electrical excitation of the mutual rotation and offset each other, vertical exciting force delivered on the screen through the vibration to make the screen vibrate so that the materials by the role of exciting force do jumping movement on the screen surface to the discharge hole. Materials smaller than the sieve through the sieve fell lower and outflow from the discharge hole after jumping. As a reasonable screening process, materials are graded by the vibration screening and get several different size materials to complete the grading work.
